Iniada Villas are in a fabulous location for beach lovers. The Villas are located just outside of Kalives village, on the doorstep of the soft golden sands of Kyani Akti beach. The beach with deep crystal clear waters offers organised facilities of sunbeds, umbrellas, howers, canteens and restaurants. Kyani Akti Beach is the closest one to the villa, just 100 meters on foot. The exit of t Kyliaris River is located in the middle of the beach, fetching cold water from the top of the White Mountains.

Other nearby beaches:
Kalives beach - The beach of Kalives is divided in two beaches by river Xidas. The two sandy beaches have shallow waters and the water is cooler in places, due to river Xidas which flows into the sea

Almirida Beach - Both beaches in Almyrida are exposed to northern winds. The two beaches are separated by a small rocky pier peninsula with a small white chapel. It is very well organised and popular for water sports and windsurfing.

Marathi Beach - Marathi is divided into two small coves which are well protected from the northern winds. It offers umbrellas and sunbeds, showers, lifeguard, water sports, parking, cafes, snack bars and restaurants.

Loutraki Beach - Like its neighbouring beach of Marathi, this small cove is popular to local families  as it has fine sand and crystal clear shallow waters, especially suitable for children.

Kalyvaki Beach in Georgioupolis - Kalivaki is a sandy beach with low sand dunes and very cold water, due to the river which has water all year round.

Further west, Falassarna beach is simply fabulous and a shell seekers delight. With beautiful sand full of shells the beaches of Falassarna offer a sprinkling of beach bars and tavernas.

Elafonissi ,’”the pink beach”, is located south west of Iniada Villas but is worth every minute of the hours drive it will take to reach it. When you arrive you may wonder if you are still in Crete or in the Caribbean because its white and pink sands and turquoise waters are certainly out of this world.

Balos bay is reached by boat from the port of Kissamos or by a 4x4 vehicle accompanied by strong nerve! Famous for its stunning lagoon, white sand and turquoise waters it is of course touristic but you cannot deny its beauty.
